    Will not open

    I downloaded your app and it worked fine until I updated it. Now will it will no longer open. I have tried the following things to resolve this problem. I have turned my phone off and then back on again. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, and it still will not open. The Apple store and the T-mobile store staff could not help me delete it off the cloud without me having to reset my phone to factory standards. I do not want to do that as doing so would delete all the data off my phone, which is very inconvenient for me. I would like the have this problem resolved so I can use the app as it was intended.

    Silly and amateur attempt

    You log into the app and you can use Face ID, which is very convenient. Now that you are logged in, if you try to look for health care providers, it asks you to login again! This second login does not work. It wasn’t a good plan to remove the earlier app and replace with this one. Was it even tested and did anyone go through the various links. This app doesn’t appear to be professionally tested. I just hope they are professional with health care

    Better now

    Can't pay bill on app anymore or see claims. Unless app now. Edit. They've reinstated bill pay and can see claims again too. Much better.

    Blank white screen

    I have an iPhone XS running ios12 and when I tried to open the old app it said I need to update to the new one; so I did. However, whenever I try to open the new app I get a solid white screen. I’ve deleted and reinstalled three times and the same thing happens. They need to take this off the App Store until they can write the app correctly.

    It’s an amazing app with new look and feel. Quick and easy access for all information. Good job guys . Keep it up!!!

    Does not work

    Nothing loads in the app at all. I have a band new 2019 phone so it’s definitely the app itself. I wish it would work properly because it would be a great app however, nothing loads, nothing works, and it’s pointless. I really hope they resolve it.

    Seriously!

    I just downloaded the app, registered and logged in. When clicking find a doctor, I get NOTHING except for a beating heart as if it's looking but nothing ever comes up. Same thing when I select My ID card.....NOTHING. As a new user, this doesn't look good. Please fix!

    I downloaded the app and it won’t open. I see several other comments have the same issue; perhaps the developers can fix this for all and not just individual issues.

    App doesn’t work/can’t create an account

    Every time I try to create an account it takes me back to the first page and into this never ending cycle. Poor functionality. I’m sure it was a good attempt though.

    The new app is better, but still limited in functionality. Why can’t I view my recent claims?

    Won’t open

    Downloaded after getting the email advertisement and it will not open. Will not trust an app with my financial let alone personal information with these glitches.

    Downloaded app it was very easy. Only dislike is that you cannot access the RX portal to order and track medications! Please update for your clients it would be very useful.

    App glitches out

    Just updated all my software and it still logs me out while it’s loading my account. I deleted and reinstalled it but I still can’t access my account or information.
