I downloaded MyBlueAZ about two years ago. MyBlueAZ seemed to work just fine until around the time of the most recent update. Now MyBlueAZ won’t open at all and it just stays on the blue “opening” screen. I also recommended my sister to download MyBlueAZ for the first time, and she had the same issue, which I am embarrassed about considering I recommended she download it hoping it would help her keep track of her claims, deductibles, etc. I am hoping this issue can be fixed immediately so that I am able to use it as it was intended.

MyBlueAZ should be taken off of MyBlueAZ Store immediately. It is nothing more than an extension of the website that takes 10 times as long to load as just going to the site directly. Information is not up to date; cannot find prescription medication coverage on MyBlueAZ even though it is listed as a service offered in MyBlueAZ on the description. Don’t waste your time and space on your phone with MyBlueAZ. Complete garbage. For as much as I pay for health insurance you would at least think that somebody would keep their patient services up to date...

This application won’t let me log in sometimes, and I have to delete MyBlueAZ and download again. Other times it freezes in perpetuity and doesn’t let me access any of the information/claims I need to access. I wouldn’t recommend MyBlueAZ at all, you’re better off mailing your ID card to your doctor via carrier pigeon.

Definitely needs an update, desperately. Furthermore, I believe it isn’t scaled appropriately to the latest versions of iOS.

Still waiting for it to load as I type this review. Still waiting on the website to come up too! I truly regret switching to BCBS. Open enrollment can’t get here fast enough so I can dump this company. I can do NOTHING! Wow, just wow! Reading the reviews it sounds like everyone is having the same bad experience, yet BCBS hasn’t lifted a finger to try and resolve anything. It’s been over 10 minutes and still waiting on app and website to load. Unacceptable.

You log into MyBlueAZ and you can use Face ID, which is very convenient. Now that you are logged in, if you try to look for health care providers, it asks you to login again! This second login does not work. It wasn’t a good plan to remove the earlier app and replace with this one. Was it even tested and did anyone go through the various links. MyBlueAZ doesn’t appear to be professionally tested. I just hope they are professional with health care

When I open MyBlueAZ on the front page it shows three of my most recent claims in 2021 but when I go to see all the claims in 2021 there’s nothing there from 2021, it’s everything from 2020. MyBlueAZ is glitchy and slow and not useful if I can’t see my claims. I have to get online to the website anyway so why have MyBlueAZ .

Worst of all medical apps. Not user friendly, cumbersome functions, dysfunctional search features, seriously out of date dated site information and list of providers. The only thing that works is a visual of your card - that’s if you can get past the dysfunctional login process that requires a new but not repeated password with EVERY sign in... oh, and it continually freezes and crashes. 🎉

From the reviews, MyBlueAZ sounds horrendous. But the last review was a year ago so I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt.

Couldn’t even create an account. Hit the blue Continue button at the end of step 3 of 3, the button turns pale like it’s going to go do something with the entries you’ve made.

Nope. Sits there and just does nothing. At all. I tried twice. Gave it lots of time. Now I’m deleting it.

Should have been a clue when entering my email and it wasn’t even programmed well enough to display the email address keyboard, the one that includes the @ symbol. Can’t BCBS afford someone that can program?

I have had issues with MyBlueAZ since day one. Sometimes it’ll let me log in but other times it says my policy is not active. There’s no rhyme or reason to when it lets me in or doesn’t. Though I keep getting billed for things so my policy is definitely still active but I can’t get MyBlueAZ or the website to work so I can see what they’re billing me for. 🤦‍♀️

Your app is so slow to open and sometimes it doesn’t open at all. The search function doesn’t allow for searches of clinics for example I was referred to SML and I couldn’t find it unless I knew some other name it is known by. When I finally did find it after calling BCBS it listed one site, not the one I was referred to. It was faster to call.

I’m seriously shocked at how terrible MyBlueAZ is. It actually makes me regret switching from United Healthcare. MyBlueAZ has limited features (very limited), is extremely slow, and is exceptionally unstable for an app of the 21st century. Get new developers!!!! Anyone who would release an app like this is not a professional. This should be absolutely unacceptable. What a frustrating experience....

Can't pay bill on app anymore or see claims. Unless app now. Edit. They've reinstated bill pay and can see claims again too. Much better.

MyBlueAZ used to be great but I go to look up important information and all of a sudden I can’t log in, I’m being sent to some other verification app and just non sense. Would really be nice to be able to use MyBlueAZ, especially considering I can’t even log on through a web browser to look for providers.

The ability to see recent claims and pull up a digital copy of your ID card works great. The “find care” function does not work.

The request they get sent in MyBlueAZ for information to their API and back are horrendous, it takes forever to receive a response which makes MyBlueAZ extremely slow and frustrating to work with. I’m not quite sure how this was built but something is awfully wrong with how this is coded.

I’ve had BCBS for the past decade. MyBlueAZ is entirely useless. The only thing that I’ve been able to use MyBlueAZ for is payments. It’s virtually impossible to get through to customer service. The broker listed on MyBlueAZ doesn’t exist and there is no way to ask questions, make changes to a policy or express concerns.

I downloaded MyBlueAZ hoping to be able to print out my ID cards (which for some reason only seems to be available through your app and not your website). When I attempt to open MyBlueAZ all I get is a white page and then MyBlueAZ closes itself.

Same problem as many others. MyBlueAZ doesn’t work. If you can keep it open long enough to enter your login credentials, it just gives you a message that it’s not available and to try again later. BCBSAZ needs a new app and new developers.

It’s an amazing app with new look and feel. Quick and easy access for all information. Good job guys . Keep it up!!!

I tried logging in today to see when they upped my bill by $200 a month. Called tech support. I told them my login works on the web, doesn’t work on MyBlueAZ . They told me to delete and re download. I said why? You haven’t had an update in over a year. USELESS!

I downloaded your app and it worked fine until I updated it. Now will it will no longer open. I have tried the following things to resolve this problem. I have turned my phone off and then back on again. I have deleted MyBlueAZ and reinstalled it, and it still will not open. The Apple store and the T-mobile store staff could not help me delete it off the cloud without me having to reset my phone to factory standards. I do not want to do that as doing so would delete all the data off my phone, which is very inconvenient for me. I would like the have this problem resolved so I can use MyBlueAZ as it was intended.

I have an iPhone XS running ios12 and when I tried to open the old app it said I need to update to the new one; so I did. However, whenever I try to open the new app I get a solid white screen. I’ve deleted and reinstalled three times and the same thing happens. They need to take this off MyBlueAZ Store until they can write MyBlueAZ correctly.

Nothing loads in MyBlueAZ at all. I have a band new 2019 phone so it’s definitely MyBlueAZ itself. I wish it would work properly because it would be a great app however, nothing loads, nothing works, and it’s pointless. I really hope they resolve it.

Glad for a new update! Can’t wait for the new features

I just downloaded MyBlueAZ , registered and logged in. When clicking find a doctor, I get NOTHING except for a beating heart as if it's looking but nothing ever comes up. Same thing when I select My ID card.....NOTHING. As a new user, this doesn't look good. Please fix!

I downloaded MyBlueAZ and it won’t open. I see several other comments have the same issue; perhaps the developers can fix this for all and not just individual issues.

Every time I try to create an account it takes me back to the first page and into this never ending cycle. Poor functionality. I’m sure it was a good attempt though.

The new app is better, but still limited in functionality. Why can’t I view my recent claims?

Downloaded after getting the email advertisement and it will not open. Will not trust an app with my financial let alone personal information with these glitches.

Downloaded app it was very easy. Only dislike is that you cannot access the RX portal to order and track medications! Please update for your clients it would be very useful.

Just updated all my software and it still logs me out while it’s loading my account. I deleted and reinstalled it but I still can’t access my account or information.
