Lights and Music (HUE Lights) Reviews

I love LightsandMusicHUELights! The features are amazing! I have a few suggestions and I’ve never programmed an app, but it seems challenging. Anyway, first suggestion is in regard to auto mode, being able to select a specific color that one may want the lights to go through the patterns with. The second uses that first suggestion idea about choosing a light, but what if their was an option to use the colors from the album cover to cycle through when in auto mode! Thanks for taking the time to read this and hope these or new changes make their way into this amazing app!

It was honestly amazing and had rated it 5 stars. I’ve bought several upgrades including the track analyzer. It used to analyze tracks great until recently. Now most songs says it could not analyze. This feature was working amazing up to this point. Please look into it. I don’t want to uninstall and re-install because like many apps, it will not have the upgrades. I hope an update can fix this. 🙏🏼

Great light controller with interesting patterns and a great auto mode. Seems more stable as well then some other apps in its class. My only qualm is the lack of ability for a user to time delay the lighting effects for sound systems with higher audio latency. Fix that and it’ll be show ready!

love the effects. works incredibly with apple music on my phone.
will there be an appleTV app for this as well? I stream music through the appletv often for lyrics or photo streams and would love to sync the lights and music that way. currently need to use microphone when playing music off the tv.

I purchased it tonight and I think it’s an awesome app. I would give it 5 stars if you can program up to 25 lights from 10. That would be awesome! A little on the pricey side for an app but nonetheless it is a great product. Thanks!

I love LightsandMusicHUELights since it helps make my color lights fit the mood of dancing. Sadly, it's been plagued by errors, which makes the lights stop, and it keeps happening over and over again, and it’s getting annoying. It makes me wonder how the error keeps happening.

I don’t usually write reviews but LightsandMusicHUELights was so quick and easy to set up with my Phillips hue lightbulbs that I just had to. I wasted no time at all and bought the full version as well!

Worked great for about 2 months. I had to reset my router and when I did, the lights are back on my bridge but LightsandMusicHUELights says it can’t find a bridge. I also paid for the automatic light feature that syncs with the song and now it’s grayed out like I have to buy it again.

Love LightsandMusicHUELights. Only thing missing for five stars is support for multiple Hue hubs.

Works great but when I buy the auto for $7.99 is it a one time payment or monthly

App is very good. Never crashed.
I usually use manual pattern for different songs.
One nice to have is saving the patters for songs, hopefully it will be developed in the future.

Suddenly just lost connection to my bridge and it will never find it even when its on and connected to all my lights. I loved LightsandMusicHUELights but now it just doesnt work :/ Please fix it

Pay the extra $8 especially if you own an iPhone and have Apple music!!

Does anybody know how to stop the random lights from flashing when I listen to music,I just want the lights from the music but for some reason a random pattern stays on at all time

Great app if you own a Phillips hue light.
I have my house turn into a night club Everytime I use LightsandMusicHUELights .

Excellent work on the sync and variety!!!! Never realized so much could be expresses thru lighting!!!!!

Works great with my lights. However it keeps crashing after about 10 minuets. Please fix this

I’ve 50+ hue lights. I just paid the in all of 7.99 and it’s still limited to 10 lights. Why can’t you make it unlimited to use all the house lights?

LightsandMusicHUELights works well for 10 lights. The UI design however needs love to get this 2 more stars.

Currently the best app functionally to control the music.

Even compared to apps with a lot more bells and whistles, LightsandMusicHUELights is SERIOUS!

The auto analysis is phenomenal. Really impressed!

For while the UI leaves something to be desired, it works better than any other Hue app for syncing flash patterns with music. And the flash patterns are actually good.

I’d love to be able to select color themes as opposed to just 1 color or the rainbow spectrum.

So far this is the best app I could find for music being choreographed with Phillips hue bulbs. Totally worth it!

i love LightsandMusicHUELights. i always stare at the ceiling and listen to music before i go to sleep. LightsandMusicHUELights makes the experience wayy more enjoyable !! 10/10 would recommend LightsandMusicHUELights <3

Why do I have to run downstairs and hit the Hue button every time I use LightsandMusicHUELights ?
