I have absolutely no idea why there was a need to update stcpay . My phone automatically up updated stcpay and now it doesn’t even launch. It’s just gets stuck on the launch screen and that’s it. No matter how much you try.
Also, when I used stcpay to transfer cash from my stc pay account to my bank account, I never got it! It has been more than 3 days now and the cash is nowhere to be found. It was deducted from my stc pay account and I didn’t receive it in my bank account. I have been reaching their customer service for a while now and even they don’t respond properly. After countless tries I managed to connect to one of their representatives on the stc pay app and the person literally left the chat without assisting me or responding. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I really loved stcpay I really do… but, a couple of weeks ago, stcpay just had a major hiccup which really questions the credibility and usability of it.

A couple of weeks ago there had been some minor app problems like not showing your spending history and sometimes it crashes; then last week it had a scheduled maintenance and after the schedule passed, stcpay wasn’t working still! After stcpay came back, some of its features aren’t visible and missing and stcpay wasn’t the same again…

Just now, again another unscheduled maintenance and stcpay isn’t usable when YOU NEED IT THE MOST!

I loved stcpay but with these current crashes I question if they can hold stcpay that long.

Please STC, fix stcpay as most of your customers now depend on stcpay ’s usability and credibility. Don’t let some users not use your app anymore. Please fix stcpay permanently! Thanks…

Solve this dilemma: When your internet service ends you may recharge using stcpay but you need internet service to use stcpay ?
The fact that it doesn’t work unless there is an internet connection just doesn’t make sense. It should be free of charge on the provider’s own network.
Also, why do I have to enable my location to use stcpay ? What do you need my location for? And why do I have to skip on enabling the access to my contacts every single time; save my preferences already. Might as well go back to buying the recharge cards for this inconvenience. Will absolutely delete after clearing the balance.

It takes me more steps to pay STC bills through stcpay compared to using bank app for example. This really shouldn’t be the case! Their cashback promotion offer makes it worth the hassle, but once the offer is gone the hassle becomes not worth it.

A positive thing about stcpay is the variety of options to transfer money and purchase a variety kind of gift cards including apple itunes, google play, playstation... etc

stcpay is a perfect tool to avoid the hassle of standing in cues and waiting for your turn. Sit in your couch, make a remittance while enjoying your coffee. And the transfer time ( Direct to bank account) is remarkable. One of the best remittance apps i have been used very helpful...before sending money ensure to provide correct name at bank account..send 1st small amount even 100 riyal to make sure that i will arrived at your account.... easy to used and transaction to philippines worth it..imagine only 10 to 20 mins money arrived at my account i would recommend this to my friends

Is not accurate , slow and giving me incorrect amount then I’ll have to call them to complain while they take long time to answer and when they do they say sorry you have to call different number !!! It’s 900 by the way

No problem I call but guess what it returns the money but after wasting time so better to buy manually from shop dealers

I used STC pay for a wire transfer for an overseas payment... It was easy to use just added the Name and sent the MTCN number to the recipient in the other country It costs 21 SARs with VAT. The disadvantage is that the maximum for transferring is 10,000 SARs/ Month
Haven’t used it for other payments yet

Dont download and use stcpay . They stole 13,000 sar, 10 sar, and 220 sar from my account. Customer service is horrible, they give you misinformation, they say anything just to close the phone with you. Think of the worst company in the world, it is a 7 star company compared to stc pay. Ive had better customer service from a remote motel in vegas. Dont add money or use stcpay.

Just a small suggestion.. the “More” tab needs to be redesigned it has plenty cells and a user will need to read them all to go to the right destination.

I had associated myself with a lot of Money transfer services over the years of being an overseas worker. This has been my most pleasant experience yet.. Keep up the good work STC.

In the last version, I noticed that my phone number is mentioned on the receiver final page. For more privacy, the phone number mustn’t be mentioned at all. It should be hidden like the ID.

The service is perfect but it is not available in all market as most of market place is not supporting the service so it is not worth it till now ... thanks

Good luck getting anyone on the phone if you try to reach customer service. No clear way of using the cashback they offered as bait for joining. Also refunds take forever to appear back in the account unlike with traditional bank accounts which appear within less than 24 hours

Find a new place for the "forgot password" button, I keep pressing it by accident and having to reset the password, it happened several times.

I transfered money on my own bank using local transfer option last thursday 1am, until now i haven’t receive the transfer on my bank. I’ve been trying to contact their customer service for the past 2 hours and it only says the representatives are busy!

I like the new unified STC identity, and I really like the UI refresh and redesign. As a first major update, stcpay is good. I would suggest using smoother texture for the objects in stcpay (they look really sharp). Also, using rounded corners instead of the sharp corners would be a lot more pleasant to look at.

Actually it is the worse you can not reach any one for support and assistance, and if you reach them they will not do anything
Transactions are prone to delay and unexplained problems that will not be solved or followed by them and you have to try to contact them on daily basis

It is good, but it can be much better if you add the option to pay all Sadad bills not only STC
Also you can add the option virtual credit card
Also you can add the shortcut to ATM cash withdrawal to the home screen
Son’t limit the maximum balance 10,000 or one card charge 5,000
Add charge with Apple Pay

I have downloaded stcpay a few months ago. I find it rare that it works without lots of difficulties performing transactions. It is full of bugs and almost always frustrating. For example, adding funds through credit cards is almost always problematic and it is not caused by the bank.

My main issue here that STC pay should take the fees from merchandise not from the customer. For sure they do but it doesn’t make any sense to charge more than VISA and MasterCard. Which depends on the card issuer the range from 1 to 3 percent. This service will be dead within few weeks with ApplePay launching in Saudi Arabia.
No support for VISA and MasterCard as well.
What’s really benefit and STC aim here?

I recharge 50 Sawa they shown network error then again I tried to recharge same amount after few minutes deduct my amount but recharge was not successful I called up to customer care they also don't know now I lost my money this is 4th time it's happen I going to uninstall this cheating software

I don’t get this , if I’m paying via Sadad to credit my this app account, I need to pay a fee ! Why ? What’s in it to a consumer then to use stcpay to support day to day payment transactions digitally.

Another this , after downloading stcpay and setting up why is it asking for access to contacts ?! It feels like an invasion of privacy.

When I’m using the in app Absher Verification by clicking the continue button, the error is being displayed as “cannot do the verification due to some technical difficulties.” Try solving that please.

Appreciate support to speed up stcpay . It is slow when uploading funds from ccd. It crashed 2 times so far. Keyboard is not responsive.

stcpay still need some UI improvements for smaller devices iPhone 5s, SE etc. Rest of all are good easy to use. And amazing features & Benefits
