Hi, I did a transfer to STCPAY from my account for 2000 SAR on 17 Feb but never show up. I contacted my bank and they said the transfer was made and STCpay should resolved from their side.
I also transferred 5K SAR on feb 13 (successful) another 5K SAR on feb 14 (Successful) then 2K SAR on feb 15 ( I received notification but the amount is not reflected yet in my STC Pay account even after 2 days and now going 3 days). Customer Support is extremely difficult to contact at this time. Also i have successfully contacted them and they have generic answer that it will be credited in next few hours due to technical error in their system.

I have absolutely no idea why there was a need to update the app. My phone automatically up updated the app and now it doesn’t even launch. It’s just gets stuck on the launch screen and that’s it. No matter how much you try.
Also, when I used the app to transfer cash from my stc pay account to my bank account, I never got it! It has been more than 3 days now and the cash is nowhere to be found. It was deducted from my stc pay account and I didn’t receive it in my bank account. I have been reaching their customer service for a while now and even they don’t respond properly. After countless tries I managed to connect to one of their representatives on the stc pay app and the person literally left the chat without assisting me or responding. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Solve this dilemma: When your internet service ends you may recharge using the app but you need internet service to use the app?
The fact that it doesn’t work unless there is an internet connection just doesn’t make sense. It should be free of charge on the provider’s own network.
Also, why do I have to enable my location to use the app? What do you need my location for? And why do I have to skip on enabling the access to my contacts every single time; save my preferences already. Might as well go back to buying the recharge cards for this inconvenience. Will absolutely delete after clearing the balance.

Is not accurate , slow and giving me incorrect amount then I’ll have to call them to complain while they take long time to answer and when they do they say sorry you have to call different number !!! It’s 900 by the way
No problem I call but guess what it returns the money but after wasting time so better to buy manually from shop dealers
