VSee Clinic for Patient Reviews

Hi I’ve used VSeeClinic to help my 90+ year old parents attend video consultations with their doctors during the pandemic. All of these suggestions are to reduce inputs that would make VSeeClinic more user friendly and the check in process less cumbersome. Could you make some updates?: 1) allow user to save as a favorite their medical waiting room/provider vs having to input info to find it each time; 2)allow us to save the patient info again maybe as a saved profile or favorite they can select; 3) can you integrate the consent button and next button. To make it one step/click at this point? Or can you make consent box larger. It can be hard to see if person has poor vision.

I hope televisits continue post pandemic for non urgent care appts. It saves a lot of time and costs to not have to make a trip to a non urgent doctor visits. Making VSeeClinic more user friendly would really aid the user/patient. Especially when they may not be feeling well so a simplified check in would be greatly appreciated. As well as older users would benefit as well. Thank you.

I have yet to have a virtual/video visit with my provider because of a glitch with the question about whether I have bee there before. I have tried to no avail on iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPad mini purchased 2 urs ago. No dive. The only way I can do it is to go get somebody’s tho can see to select that one darn radio button. Without it, no appt. nobody trying to use it or giving it lower ratings is the problem. I am fully Independant and the button does not work. I have been using apple’s voice over since my iPhone 4. Please fix that button? The clinic told me lots of other people also have that same issue. I hoped the last update would fictions it but it did not. I need to be seen or go to the emergency room in person. This is ridiculous.

Amy is a phenomenal person and overall very effective and supportive therapist. Her ability to balance empathy while also pushing you to think outside your norm is huge and helps contribute to the success I’ve been seeing. It’s hard to find a therapist that truly makes you feel like you’re important and not just another “appointment” and Amy has a way of making you feel heard, comfortable and capable of accomplishing whatever it is your set on. I highly recommend her!

Dr Sabrina really listens and is able to make you fell comfortable opening up with her. I love how she always tells me there are options and explains it in a way that I understand. We have the same end goal and I think that is the most important part is I feel we are on the same page, and I always feel better after talking to her. She has always been available for emergency needed appointments to refilling medicine when out of town etc. she is always on top of it!!

Roma has been in my opinion a perfect fit for me! She is a great listener and lets me finish telling her about my challenges and assures me that I am making sense. She is not judgement and gives me good advice with educational examples to support what she says to me.
VSeeClinic itself has been easy to navigate and I have had no issues getting to the sites waiting room.

I haven’t had any issues connecting with my doctors. Calls are usually okay quality, but VSeeClinic may not be user friendly. They should always confirm you are in the correct Doctors room, before asking you to enter ur info/the waiting room. It’s easy to enter the waiting room for the incorrect doctor/previous physician with no notification of incorrect info. But generally I like VSeeClinic .

I really enjoy having my therapy sessions on here, because of the ease and the amount of times I can set appointments up. My therapist, Cara, is amazing at helping me through each session to where I look forward to therapy. It’s a great app that’s also easy to sign into as well.

I tried and tried to use VSeeClinic it will not allow me to choose yes or no when you get to the button that wants to know whether or not you’ve seen this doctor before after two months you think that will fix this problem since I know someone else also reviewed it for the same issue said maybe if they get enough complaints then actually fix it

For the most part, my view experience is good however it is a nuisance to have to sign in with the same contact info every time to enter provider’s waiting room. Please consider retooling the sign-in information. It would be great if it could auto populate some of the requested info.

I appreciate everyone here. I feel heard. Everyone is very respectful and the doctor doesn’t push anything. He lets me take things slow and see how I feel with it. Very happy I found Life Stance.

VSeeClinic worked OK for me but one thing I didn’t like is if you minimize VSeeClinic (which is a common thing to do with apps) hangs up on you and you have to dial in all over again. That was unexpected and annoying. Other than that it worked fine

I am so impressed with the ease and quality of care I receive. Definitely recommend these services for people needing quality providers ho accommodate your schedule for your needs.

My therapist, she is the BEST! She has been helping me thru various crisis since 1997. Not sure if I can say her name so I will refrain from that. I see her 1x a month and look forward to our sessions😊She really helps me to stay grounded!

App is easy never had problems with bugs or glitching always perfect connection

App works amazing and easy to use. Video chat very clear and audible. Definitely an awesome tool to have during these times.

Have yet to have a issue with VSeeClinic; I find it easy to check in and talk with my provider!

I find VSeeClinic very easy to use. It has never crashed on me. It makes attending doctors appointments easy and convenient. It’s so great!

Dr. Kim is by far the best psychiatrist I have ever had. He genuinely cares and listens, gives excellent feedback, and is patient and kind and professional. I couldn’t be happier with his approach to psychiatric care.

It was great and I think that there should not be a change to anything

it’s annoying that the camera is not mirrored. it’s distracting to see yourself tilt your head to the right but it show it as being tilted to the left
