How to fix Gensys app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Gensys app on iPhone
Update Gensys app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Gensys iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Gensys on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Gensys network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Gensys Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Gensys not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Gensys App
1. On android, goto Settings » Gensys » click [Force Stop]

Update Gensys to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Gensys App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Gensys » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Gensys.

Fix Gensys unable to contact server/ Gensys internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Gensys » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Gensys » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Gensys
