How to fix Lalamove app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Lalamove app on iPhone
Update Lalamove app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Lalamove iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Lalamove on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Lalamove network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Lalamove Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Lalamove not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Lalamove App
1. On android, goto Settings » Lalamove » click [Force Stop]

Update Lalamove to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Lalamove App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Lalamove » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Lalamove.

Fix Lalamove unable to contact server/ Lalamove internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Lalamove » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Lalamove » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Lalamove
