Storybook: Fall asleep faster Reviews

Storybook is our new favorite bedtime activity.
Nico my 7 month old baby loves getting his massages right before bedtime. Sometimes we even do it right after his bath, double the fun! This really soothes him and makes him giggle and smile the whole time.
His brother Lucas, who’s almost 3, loves to be part of the fun and help out. He also loves it when it’s his turn. We love Storybook, it’s worth every penny!

Be careful with Storybook. I downloaded it, realized it was not what I thought it was on top of having a monthly charge, so I unsubscribed in Storybook , and then deleted it. Never even used it. Now here we are a week later and I was charged not just a monthly service fee but an entire year, 52$ for an app I haven’t even used and unsubscribed from. Make sure when you unsubscribe in Storybook and delete it that you also go into your Apple settings ans check your subscriptions because it doesn’t actually unsubscribe you, that way they can charge you. Hopefully they return the money they stole from me so I won’t have to continue to share how terrible they have been.

It’s insane how these apps nowadays try to trick you!! the typical free 7 day trial..... and then you have to pay a whole year in advance after the 7 day trial ends and the whole year for this one is $48
That’s an insane price !!
Plus who really gets to know an app enough in 7 days to know if you even want a whole year??? At least If they did monthly payments and you could cancel anytime but no they want to make sure you pay at least a year !
Also, they make you sign up with your fb or create an account before you find out the insane price ... so I am not really happy about that at all. If I would of known there’s no way I would of gave them my info 🙄🙄🙄

Storybook is been for years part of our night routine, my kids ask for their favorites stories and enjoy them so much.
I find Storybook when I was looking for tools to help my autistic boy to fall sleep faster, definitely make a difference in his life, and I will always be great full for it.

The kids love the Voice and get quite whenever I play a story. It would be better if the sound kept going while Storybook is not on screen or if you could “lock” the story played because kids like to touch the phone while playing and they stop it, we have to start it over again

Very happy with Storybook itself and the customer support. I had an issue opening Storybook after the trial period ended and received a quick and helpful customer service. The issue was solved promptly and i was able to use Storybook .

It’s an awesome tool if you are looking for new ways to connect with your child. Storybook is easy to use and has great stories to listen while you give your child a massage. Give it a try, you won’t regret it!

This is an awesome app for moms and dads. Besides offering bedtime stories, it gives you ideas for bedtime that are related to your child’s wellbeing like how to relieve stress through massages and many more. I totally recommend Storybook, my son loves it and we, as parents, do too :)

Storybook is definitely a scam after reading reviews I realized the price has gone up from $46 to $56 to now $90 for a yearly subscription & the developers try to lie and say you can enjoy Storybook limited for free but really you can have an account free you just can’t do anything with it unless you pay . This seemed like it would be great for my 6 month old who loves massages but sadly we will not be trying it out .

I haven’t purchased yet, but definitely I am, it’s the 3rd time I used and my baby sleeps perfect and fast

It says that after 7 days they’ll charge you and they charged me an entire year before the trial was over.
But now that they took my money- I open up Storybook and I can’t access anything at all!
A window pops up that says I need to “restore the purchase” or try the “trial” but I’ve paid for the whole year already??
So I click “try the trial”, which is supposed to be specific for my baby, and a message at the bottom of the screen pops up to say that there’s an error, but the “restore purchase” option pops up when I try to select different things in Storybook !

I want a refund- not worth it 👎🏼

My 5 year old son really enjoys picking out the stories before bed. This is a great app. I just wish they had more of a selection for the free version. It’s way too expensive

The best way to start our sleeping routine. He loves the stories! I recommend it 100%

Reached out to customer service to fix the fact that newer video options only have audio available and no technique. The videos don’t work for me.

And it’s very hard and confusing on how to cancel the subscription.
I’m not sure if I canceled it since I didn’t receive an email or any notification.

This looks like a scam! I have been several times sending message to costumer service to see if I can cancel the anual subscription that by accident was activated on the trial and of course I was charged $56. There is no answer anywhere is frustrated

I loved the idea of stories plus massages but that just isn’t what this is.

I tried it in Spanish and honestly the translation is very poor, but it’s not much better in English. The “stories” are just phrases put together. Your better off making something up yourself.
There is no explanation of how the baby should be lying, or what position you should be in. It doesn’t say if you should be on one side or the other.

Just really mediocre.

I accepted 7 day trial and I was automatically charged the $47. Why? I want my money back. I did NOT want to purchase app until after 7 days. I am extremely upset I was charged before the 7 day trial.

I would like to use Storybook. However, even though it says English, once downloaded and opened, Storybook is in Spanish. Can someone please suggest what I can do to download an English version?

Mi hijo luego debido a la pandemia del COVID ha presentado mucha ansiedad que se evidencia a la hora de dormir, y le cuesta concebir el sueño, ya que las rutinas han cambiado en casa, el uso de los juegos de vídeo, clases virtuales etc. Cuando encontré Story Book; al inicio pensé que era una app más de esas que son sólo cuentos, pero en realidad los contenidos y la guía de masajes relajantes para los niños me ha dado resultados increíbles, luego de 3 sesiones mi hijo empezó por fin a dormir mejor y bajar sus niveles de ansiedad. Definitivamente lo recomiendo, además el costo se paga solo, ya que lo puedo usar también con mi segundo hijo.

Storybook supposedly had free trial - and I wrote down when the free trial was to end HOWEVER Storybook charged me wayyy before the free trial ended. And it charged me for a year - so no I do NOT recommend and would give zero stars if I could.

I have been trying for a week to cancel the subscription but they have disabled that feature. Very shady
