How to fix Storybook app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Storybook app on iPhone
Update Storybook app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Storybook iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Storybook on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Storybook network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Storybook Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Storybook not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Storybook App
1. On android, goto Settings » Storybook » click [Force Stop]

Update Storybook to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Storybook App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Storybook » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Storybook.

Fix Storybook unable to contact server/ Storybook internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Storybook » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Storybook » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Storybook
