I had the app for over a year and now it won't open at all. The message says that the app is not compatible to my phone, an Android. I am able to load many apps with no problem. Please help. I have points that are not redeemed yet. Thank you.

Same problem as most people are reporting. My Jeremiah's App will NOT get past the Location Screen and it is locked. Tried the same remedy as everyone else to no avail. I have a 'Welcome' offer (which is about to expire) and I cannot use. FRUSTRATING TO SAY THE LEAST!!!
My app gets stuck on location screen. It is unusable. How do I fix this? I’ve tried deleting and reloading the app. Nothing works. At this point, the app is useless.

App is frozen at favorite location with only two locations on list. Can not seem to move any further on App.
App will download but jumps to location and freezes screen. Only two locations show up and they say coming soon. Screen freezes and I have to totally get out of the app.
