VERY SLOW

This app takes forever to load! If I get a security alert and click on it, it takes forever to load - if it even loads at all. If I contact Lorex Tech support, the consistently blame it on the the cell phone provider. However, no matter which phone I use, it’s the same problem over and over again. I have tested this on multiple phones with friends and family who are of various different cell providers and it’s the same issue each and every time. So, mu question is: how is it the cell phone provider it’d it’s the same issue on every phone I try which are on other cellular networks? Time to own-up as admit your screwup and FIX it already! Also, while in my rant, why can’t I view all 16 cameras at the same time without the app crashing? Happens with every phone regardless of cellular provider! Let me guess, it’s the provider again, right? How about deploying a more stable app…ever think of that? I will not be buying another Lorex product again! Avoid Lorex at ALL costs. Lorex is most definitely NOT highly unrecommended!
App will not load cameras

The app will only load the cameras half the time. When they do load its a long wait to actually see the feed. When i am at home I can log in and the app actually works. I have a separate secondary different brand security system which loads instantly without a delay. I bought the second system so i can actually monitor my home while I’m away. Both systems are IP cameras on the same network
Frustrating

If the system has been working fine for years. why now takes forever to connect with out making any changes ?
The system is hard wired, is not on wifi.
This app needs updates .
