Not sending notifications to people and isn’t saying who has read new posts
I have repeatedly for last 24 hours only gotten error message " unable to connect". I have followed all trouble shooting recommendation.
Trying to approve my husband's join request but app just spinning and freezing. Re-installed a few times, still no luck. On android
I AM HAVING A TON OF ISSUES WITHTH HEJA APP. FOR A WHOLE I KEPT GETTING CONNETIONS ERRORS. I WAS ABLE TO TROUBLE SHOOT THAT BUT NOW WHEN I TRY TO GO INTO MY PROFILE TO ACCEPT MY SON , IT JUST SPINS AND WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO PUSH THE ACCEPT BUTTON. HE IS THE ONE THAT NEEDS THE APP, AND MY APP IS THE ONE PREVENTING HIM FROM GETTING MESSAGES FROM HIS COACH. I HAVE RE-INSTALLED THE APP 4 TIMES AND IT STILL ISNT WORKING CORRECTLY. I HAVE AN ANDROID.
The app indicates my notifications are off but they are on both in the app and in my phone settings.
Has locked me out and won’t send me email code says status 403. Have deleted app multiple times and still no luck
Blank screen not loading properly,have perfect connection and WiFi,others in my group having same issues,it's a issue with your app

Messages being sent on chat are freezing
My Heja is not opening, l have uninstalled and installed several times to no avail. It's been a few weeks since it stopped working.
I cannot post any message on this today Is therea problem as this only started today
Currently I can not post. I’m the admin for this team and have used it over the last year with no problems, until today.
I’m trying to add my son to our soccer team but when I click the “looks good” link, i get a blue screen asking about wanting to play in college and NCSA recruiting. There is no option to decline and move on. It’s like it’s stuck on this screen. If I close out, when I go back to app it starts me over then I end up on this same screen/page. How do I bypass the want to play in college page? Thanks!

The Heja app keeps shutting down and I can’t access the teams info about games and RSVP. It only has done it today. I have used it previously no problems. I have deleted it as well and reloaded but doesn’t make a difference. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

When I click on the app it won’t take me to Heja. Has been working fine for years. My husband also having same problem. Have deleted app, rebooted phones and reinstalled but still doing it
App has signed me out. When trying to login via phone no it sends a verification code. But that code doesn't send.
Heja won't send authentication code
Hi, I clicked on the Heja app just to double check details for my daughters game and it was asking me to log in (which it never does). I then put in my phone number and it said it sent a code to my phone but the code never came. I tried this via email and the same thing, no code ever came. I then scrolled back through the coaches SMS’s to me to find the team code, put that in but it is saying it doesn’t exist (or something to that effect). Any help would be appreciated, I’ve not had this problem before.
I receive messages notifications but when I click on the icon to open them there’s nothing just a buffering squirl
Hi, I've been using the Heja app on a Samsung 21 phone for about 1 year now and have an issue with the schedule not updating. When a new event notification comes in I respond going/ not going and then the it disappears. Sometimes it shows up in the schedule several days later and other times never. However other people in the same group can see the event with attendees on their phones. Messages can also be a bit slow to show up.
