Tried everything on my own (after a call to Vistana did not help) - I cannot log in! My user name and/or password is not recognized. Vistana said it is a setting on my computer but did not tell me what it might be.

Unable to login yet again. Does anyone still work at Vistana? No way to get anybody to answer phones and still getting errors when logging in.

Does this website ever work and do they ever answer their phones? Hold time is at least 60 minutes and still no answer (again). I am about ready to call the BBB and AG in Florida. Pay and get no service, calls, or help. Worthless.
