My ownership at the Westin Mission Hills Resort, Rancho Mirage, CA, ended in May 2023. Nonetheless, I received a request for payment Network Membership Fees ($ 280) mentioning the owner number 1801408474000. As long as I was owner at the Westin Mission Hills Resort I never paid this fee. If a membership exists without my knowledge, I hereby cancel it. Guenter Heiduk

When I log into my account, I am asked to reset my password. Upon clicking the link, it states that the reset is being sent to b***@a***.com. I do not have an email address starting with either of those letters. I cannot get my annual maintenance invoice and cannot pay as well. When I try to call, I get a message that due to a high volume of calls, I cannot be connected to anyone and the phones hangs up.

The app is absolutely pointless. Click on any if the 6 or 8 icons that should perform a function and a message pops up that this function is unavailable. Why waste development money for an app that doesn’t perform even the most basic functions??? Since we are owners of this app through our timeshare ownership we should demand that our money is not wasted on garbage like this!

Much of the information in the app is as much as three years old it is not current. Also it said I was required to re-create my password but it would not allow me to do it ... basically I’m locked out of my own account

What is the point of this app if not to book vacations. But when I try to, the feature is unavailable yet. I can’t order a hamburger and fries from McDonald’s but I can upload a picture of my last meal. I can’t book a vacation on my vacation ownership app but I can upload a pic from my last vacation. Pointless and stupid.
