Not sure what’s all the fuss from previous reviews. Just downloaded Vistana and it works great. Fast, easy and lots of good information. Glad I downloaded it.

Vistana is absolutely pointless. Click on any if the 6 or 8 icons that should perform a function and a message pops up that this function is unavailable. Why waste development money for an app that doesn’t perform even the most basic functions??? Since we are owners of Vistana through our timeshare ownership we should demand that our money is not wasted on garbage like this!

Much of the information in Vistana is as much as three years old it is not current. Also it said I was required to re-create my password but it would not allow me to do it ... basically I’m locked out of my own account

What is the point of Vistana if not to book vacations. But when I try to, the feature is unavailable yet. I can’t order a hamburger and fries from McDonald’s but I can upload a picture of my last meal. I can’t book a vacation on my vacation ownership app but I can upload a pic from my last vacation. Pointless and stupid.

I don’t know how many years I’ve had Vistana, and it still doesn’t allow online reservations. Until it does, it’s getting 1 Star.

I guess they just want to say they have an app as you cannot book your vacation through it. Not sure why they bothered - lack of customer service is glaring!

Most the functionality is “not available in Vistana yet” and just links to the website so it’s not really good for anything.

Marriott needs to redesign Vistana to match theirs. Navigation is slow confusing and not mobile screen size friendly.

No real meaningful information that you can’t get from the web site. Pretty lame app. Deleted it right away

Vistana is the Worst I have Ever Used.
It will not let me register or log in- even trying EVERY AVENUE AVAILABLE.
Just loops with no way to get a person to help.
Says someone will contact me in 48 hours.
Just pathetic.
I would have rated Vistana a zero if possible.

Options for paying hoa and loan payments does not work

App is too new to give an informed evaluation of reservation functionality.
My Dashboard and stay history are correct.
But there’s a glaring omission: no way to activate Touch ID. This needs to be added asap if they expect people to use it.

Glad you’ve developed it but should’ve waited until fully functional ie reservations etc. Will you do digital keys and online check in too in future releases ?

Why was Vistana released!?! Most of the functions are not active, this review only and even that isn’t straight forward. If you want to do anything with your ownership i.e. booking, convert to starpoints, etc. you have to go to the website.

May I suggest getting Marriott to write Vistana ......

None of the features are available. What was the point to roll it out and announce it? Wasted time you will never get back. Don’t download it.

All of the features of Vistana is coming soon. Deleting until I no longer need to go on the website.

What is the purpose of Vistana? Nothing works. I CAN’T make payments. I CAN’T make reservations. I CAN’T view statements. Again, why does Vistana exist?

As of March24, 2019, Vistana is till useless. Nothing works.

You can’t do any transactions on Vistana - book vacations, convert points or pay. Only useful thing is that it has all the properties and their maps, so if you are planning a a vacation you could use Vistana and then go to the website to make reservations. But then why wouldn’t I start at the website in the first place???? Will keep checking to see when they release any transactional updates. Releasing an MVP (minimum viable product) is fine but one needs to iterate. Wonder if developing Vistana is now on lower on this app’s priority list.
