-Customer service over the phone is terrible and useless.
-The App was not showing current bill and had no option to pay the amount that was due until the DAY OF the deadline.

Go Kinetic app won’t connect to Gateway. My service was upgraded to fiber and not working since.
I have been trying to get on the app for months, almost a year. It either doesn't load or comes up with a screen that says I do not have permission... I want to manage my account and pay my bill online but I can't even get signed in. This is extremely frustrating for me.
Go kinetic app shows my cell is connected to the gateway even when I'm not home. The connected/not connected device list used to be very accurate but now it is not reliable at all.
Downloaded the app to try to see my bill but it won't recognize my phone number or email so that I can set up an account. How can I pay a bill if I don't have access to it? Please send a paper bill

On my go kinetic app, when checking devices I get a communication error (Unable to communicate with server)
Opened app after I finished entering auto pay and it just shows logo. Tried rebooting phone same thing. Uninstalled app and reinstall and same thing. Just signed up for this service last night. Not off to a good start
When I first download it it lets me put my credentials in but then just the circle of death it just spins so I close the app n try again n now it just shows the gokinetic don't even get to where I put my credentials in... I try to log in online not in the app n it always takes me to a page in error n says I don't have authorization for the page.. pls help thank you rance yeomans
Received a message to view my billing statement, but can't access it.
Can not log in to my email on desk top computer or android phone. Screen keeps coming up saying "Webpage not available net:::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. I can access email on desk top computer by by-passing Go Kenetic function.
My kinetic online account will not let me log in.
I've switched from spectrum internet to you Windstream and I've still yet to be able to log into the online portal and I have had this issue for a month now which is really annoying. So If this issue isn't resolved, I will have no choice but to cancel my service with you and go back to spectrum, where I had no issues getting on the online portal to pay my bill.

Won't except my Email trying to finish signing up for my pulse app. That i was supposed to be on already. Now they are making.me fill out an app.and everytime its saying invalid Email. Yet this is same email address you send me everything on this email address. Makes no sense. Please help im eligible for the program but can't finish my application

new customer as of this monday and cannot get into the app or cannot log on to PC into my account. very frustrating. I called customer service and was first told to try in 24 hours again but I advised them I had been dealing with this everyday since monday. then was disconnected so i called again and was finally given to tech support but was disconnected again. very discouraging. I told each person the error it is giving on the PC and on iphone and it seems they did not know what error was.
I have been trying to get on gokinetic for 4 months.. it will not give me info. Now I have a letter saying I owe $174.33. debit card was compromised and I have a new card, however, I can't get an phone message or does a tone answer the phone.
Just more poor service by windstream again. Internet dropping, and if its not completely dropping then its constant ping spiking for hours on end. Its criminal to charge me as much as you do for such slow internet offers, then to top it off with terrible coverage. Criminal.
the desktop site my.gokinetic.com service health will not update to show my devices or my wifi home net work but my devices 9 of them are connected and working
