I have a problem with Rocket.Chat

-Integration of Jitsi could be smoother and more stable.

-Unable to remove unwanted feeds.

-Screen instability when scrolling through posts.

-Screen jumps involuntarily downward when far ahead of live comments.

L 2022-05-01

On iphone (13 Pro latest IOS) app logs me out then won’t let me login. Have to delete the app and login again. I don’t have this problem on iPad.

To resolve Rocket.Chat network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Rocket.Chat App
1. On android, goto Settings » Rocket.Chat » click [Force Stop]

Clear Rocket.Chat App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Rocket.Chat » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Rocket.Chat.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Rocket.Chat » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Rocket.Chat » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Rocket.Chat
