I purchased the smart app filter because the dust in my apartment is just ridiculous, and the highest rated filter changed monthly just wasn’t enough. I quit having the maintenance guy come in once a month with the cheap ones that corporate provides, and bought the best that Filtrete made for dust and allergens. Still? Dust all over the place by the end of the month… and this with the best filter out there, by Filtrete. I see by the number of search options that I’m not the only one searching for answers as to why my filter isn’t connecting to my WiFi…
