I am trying to install the HSL app on mine l and my husbands l phone. Wr have been unable to verify both phone numbers Error message “Sending activation code failed” “no network connection or connectivity to HSL’s service please try again in a while”. I have seen this problem reported before we have tried deleting and reinstalling the app to no avail.

We will soon be visiting Helsinki from UK and I am trying to install the HSL app on my wife’s phone. I have been unable to verify her phone number +44 7908 42776. Error message “Sending activation code failed” “no network connection or connectivity to HSL’s service please try again in a while”. I have seen this problem reported before but do not know the answer. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app to no avail. I have also tried this yesterday and failed. Can you help please.

I have created the account on the app but I am not receiving the SMS with the code to verify the account so I can’t actually use it. My number is a UK number and nothing comes through and an error message comes up when I try to resend the text code.
