Cuando trato de conectar me dice que esta vinculado y cuando entro en la otra app de diagnostico me dice que la app original esta desvinculado

I am unable to get past the binding screen when trying to access the maxiapp200 app.It just freezes and Uninstalling and re-installing does not help either.Seems like a software problem?
