I paid $22 for only one car and after payment I find out my payment is valid only for 1 year?? So I paid $70 the BT device, which will be useless if I don’t pay $45 a year for both two cars. I think this an expensive pricing model. I would encourage you all to just buy a couple hundred bucks an actual device which will work for any car model. If they don’t change the yearly charge per car, I think this is expensive. I regret buying tool and app at first place. Do not recommend.

I bought the dongle, connected it. It was detected, read the VIN and identified my car correctly. Downloaded the brand-specific module (Benz) and started Diagnostics. It identifies the car, and that’s it, it does nothing else. Stuck on the screen that says “Diagnostic system initializing - 0%”.

And that’s where it ends. I tried everything - restarting, reconnecting, ignition on, with and without the engine running... This dongle and MaxiAPAP200 in their current form are expensive plastic and digital paper weights.

I use this daily for my business. It has always worked flawlessly and never disappoints. MaxiAPAP200 updated the other morning and now I can not get past the VIN Read screen. I contacted support and literally got nothing but a “sorry their working on it” .. guess what? Now I need to look for another product to do what I need to do and all this because of an app update. Autel will never see another dime from me until this is fixed.

I’ve seriously downloaded about 160gb of the same OBD software because ever three days MaxiAPAP200 removes it. I paid for the entire year, leave the software on my app for the entire year. This is ridiculous. Every time I need to use it for a DPF regen, I can’t because I have to redownload the software and then the DPF dips below the heat threshold. I wish I could give this 0 stars.

After the software update a lot I have lots and lots of issues the Bluetooth has issues connecting to my iPhone I have to spend about an hour trying to connect this thing then on the reports I saved they’re there but it’s labeled in blank it’s frustrating if it wasn’t for randomly pressing the screen I wouldn’t have known it was there lots and lots of bugs and issues that have to be fixed

The program does not work sometimes and there are no advantages regarding the price of the device and the subscription and my advice is that you buy a very cheap Chinese device with the same features as the maxi ap200 and better

Purchased HT200/AP200C_BMW : downloaded and updated software. Connected to device. Can read OBD codes and Live data, bet when I enter service mode the screen is blank.
I’ve spent a couple hours trying to make this work. Very disappointed. Useless.

I’m fairly tech savvy but encountered a few bugs early. No issues with basic OBD functions but the Service functions for Jaguar are not functional. I downloaded the specific manufacturer pkg but some of the drop down fields simply don’t display. You can see gray fields w/o text. Still Waiting for tech support response and trying not to throw objects.

Won’t let me log in and the text is white on white you can barely see a thing on login bars. Paid for device and paid for software suite and now it’s not letting me log in to use it no matter what I do.

The software I chose during purchase will not “install” As with others I had to reinstall everything after the latest update and the jaguar software I need keeps giving the “ install failed” message. The other two I bought installed just fine? Worked great until now. Aurelio needs to contact its customers about updates and when they are going to fix the issues it causes. My app is installed on an iPhone 7 with latest iOS

The product worth the money, however, I have an issue with product tech support. I bought a license for 2019 Toyota corolla and I found that full functions only covering older models (before 2018), where I still can diagnose via Diag-Asia, delete error codes and monitor some live data. Issue reported to tech support in Nov 2020, reply still awaited. Tech support re-approached recently.

I just received this today for my 2018 Honda Civic Type R to do brake service. Everytime I launch EPS service and log into my account, app crashes. Disappointed.

The green light comes on when I plug it into the data link connector so I know it is getting power. For some reason it just will not connect. But on my iPhone 8 plus, this program was amazing. I could do anything from recalibrating tea PMS, programming remotes and immobilizer keys to my car, and even just looking through all of the live doubt it to make sure everything was all right. Please make this work on my iPhone 11 and I will be happy again. This is a great professional level tool and piece of software for those do it yourself mechanics that like to have a nice system without having to purchase a $1200 or more scan tool. The only complaint I have, it hasn’t worked since I got my new phone. I switched from an iPhone 8 plus, on which it worked from flawlessly. To an iPhone 11. It shows up in my Bluetooth manager like it is going to connect. But then it always says there is an error connecting.

I’m not sure why this isn’t getting better reviews. It looks like people are having issues after an update but I was able to connect and scan my card with no problems. MaxiAPAP200 and Bluetooth OBD scanner are by far the most comprehensive for the price. You are able to do way more with this than you can with equivalent scan tools. You can even modify tire size in the ECM to correct speedometer accuracy if you change tire size. ***I would give this 10 stars if you could rearrange the live PIDs and stack the live data graphs. I would even pay extra if there were a dedicated iPad app that looks similar to their higher end scan tools that they sell. Update please?

This is the best Bluetooth OBD scanner I’ve used. The only thing that I and I’m sure many are waiting for is an app for iPads. Screen is bigger and so a lot more data to see.

You can do everything one of those 1200$ scanners do ... you can read clear codes go into electronic settings and tweet and adjust multiple components .. set you’re shifting time ... throttle.. the works best 50$ I ever spent
