I have a problem with Drawing Desk

Very disappointed one of my files I’ve worked on for weeks just randomly deleted? This happened once before months ago.

To resolve Drawing Desk network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Drawing Desk App
1. On android, goto Settings » Drawing Desk » click [Force Stop]

Clear Drawing Desk App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Drawing Desk » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Drawing Desk.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Drawing Desk » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Drawing Desk » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Drawing Desk
