I paid $22 for only one car and after payment I find out my payment is valid only for 1 year?? So I paid $70 the BT device, which will be useless if I don’t pay $45 a year for both two cars. I think this an expensive pricing model. I would encourage you all to just buy a couple hundred bucks an actual device which will work for any car model. If they don’t change the yearly charge per car, I think this is expensive. I regret buying tool and app at first place. Do not recommend.
Wow... doesn’t work at all!

I bought the dongle, connected it. It was detected, read the VIN and identified my car correctly. Downloaded the brand-specific module (Benz) and started Diagnostics. It identifies the car, and that’s it, it does nothing else. Stuck on the screen that says “Diagnostic system initializing - 0%”.
And that’s where it ends. I tried everything - restarting, reconnecting, ignition on, with and without the engine running... This dongle and the app in their current form are expensive plastic and digital paper weights.
Not useable after latest update

I use this daily for my business. It has always worked flawlessly and never disappoints. This app updated the other morning and now I can not get past the VIN Read screen. I contacted support and literally got nothing but a “sorry their working on it” .. guess what? Now I need to look for another product to do what I need to do and all this because of an app update. Autel will never see another dime from me until this is fixed.
