I have a problem with StaffMate

-Doesn’t function like they advertise

-Logged out sporadically and can’t log back in because it won’t give me a keyboard, only a number pad

-Time clock doesn’t work

-Have to mark off unavailable days ONE AT A TIME, and you have to make three entries for each day off

-Every update makes it worst

-Can’t even clock in with out waiting almost 5 mins

-Constant infinite spinning circle even when an excellent cell phone reception

-App crashes for no reason almost every time you try to use it

Staffmate app notification sounds only working in the afternoon. No sounds in the morning. Other apps sounds work all day.

To resolve StaffMate network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the StaffMate App
1. On android, goto Settings » StaffMate » click [Force Stop]

Clear StaffMate App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » StaffMate » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart StaffMate.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click StaffMate » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto StaffMate » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch StaffMate
