Not able to receive external emails. Noticed Thryv emails are received but external emails are blocked off for some reason. Please advise on steps to correct issue. Thank you kindly.

I CANNOT BE ABLE TO RECIEVE A MESSAGE WITH MY LANDLINE AND ALSO I CANT EVEN GET ANY VERIFICATION CODE WITH MY LANDLINE NUMBER
