How to fix Clio app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Clio app on iPhone
Update Clio app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Clio iPhone app

To resolve Clio network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Clio app issues:

Force Stop the Clio App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Clio app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Clio to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Clio App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Clio app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Clio.

Fix Clio unable to contact server/ Clio internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Clio » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Clio » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Clio on android.
