On Android Galaxy, the App does not work in spilt screen when I try to monitor two Feit Security Camera.

I have a floodlight camera, and no matter how close or far I have my router is it keeps crashing and losing connection. Also I have the camera pulled up on my tablet and the app keeps restarting and I e tried restarting the tablet and uninstalling and reinstalling the app and nothing seems to work at all.

App does not immediately indicate in color when light is switched on or off . Must go out of app, then come back in to see if light has been switched on or off . Noticed that this has been since I dictation color has been changer to green, used to be blue.

Outdoor flood light does not work with app correctly. Can turn it off but will not go past 50%. Also 2nd flood light will not connect at all to app. Worst item I have connected to alexa. Will not be buying any other feit products. Very poor product

I have a camera and light. The alert goes off constantly during the day. At night, nothing. It does not detect any movement and the light is not activated. .

The Feit app recently does not respond to correct device or group when selecting with touch screen. Also have lost ability to change color with the Feit clear bulbs using google home.

they need to update the feit app or firmware. when you try to reformat the sd card, it shows FORMAT SUCCESS but it does not free any disk space.

The Feit Flood light camera i purchased from Costco months ago always had a issue of getting connected to the 2G but after finally getting it to connect, with help from the community, I had months of trouble free service. That all stopped several weeks ago as the app would not connect to the camera. I'd receive a notice of a movement and the still photo would show up but trying to connect to the camera was not possible. BTW, re booted, re installed, blah blah...... Spinning icon as it tries to connect, and then get a notice of failure to connect. The problem is intermittent and once in 20 tries, it may connect and then the next try drops and no connection. Network is fine and everything on the network continues to work fine, just NOT this Feit Floodlight Camera from Costco. Costco needs to reconsider this vendor as they are not producing a quality product.

About 6:10 PM PDL tine got a message doorbell was un able to connect opend the app on my iphone and found that both my lights and the doorbell were grayed out and my lights did not turn on as scheduled. Is your server down? or what? as it appears that I have internet connection with no problems.

Can no longer connect to any of the cameras. I have a Galaxy Flip. The app used to connect most of the time, but began to gradually fail more and more. Husband has a Galaxy S9 and no problems. I've reinstalled the app more than once and cleared the cache. Fail.

I have 3 Feit Electric Floodlight Security Cameras. They all worked fine for about 2 months and then they didn't. I have an Android Galaxy Z Fold 3. I have the app on my wife's Android Galaxy S10 5G and all 3 work fine.

I've had several devices and lights from feit. App always worked great, integrates well with Alexa too. Recently, the app will not shut the bulbs off within a reasonable time. The dimmer on the app allows movement, but the bulb itself doesn't do anything. It eventually does. What happened?

The bulb app is useless. It turns on and off the scheduling all by itself at random. It is easier to just use the wall switch. I got the bulb for free and it was not worth it.

I have been very happy with my Feit floodlight cameras until this past week or so.. i am having issues establinshing "encrypt channel". I just got a new phone about a month ago and everything was great (android s22 ultra) and then about a week ago... all I get are notifications of movement but will not establish a connection to review video or live video. I have deleted and reinstalled app, the cameras (I have 2 with same issue). I was even able to reformat SD card from app. I have had these about a year and have been very happy. Much better product than my ring devices. And now... I can not say this... Basically these are useless without VIDEO/Live. This is so frusrtating. I have looked and tried everything... help! Is this a software update issue? Thank you.

I recently started having issues where when it says establinshing encryption channel it never gets passed it. My phone (android s22 ultra) had an update but the app does send a notification of movement/triggers but it won't establish a connection. Erased app, redownloaded and then had to go to all the cameras and install them, same result. This is the first time these have given me an issue and unfortunately it is so incredibly frusrtating since the company doesn't have any support other than FAQ.... UGH!!

I'm having a problem with the app. At a certain point after the Wi-Fi selection screen, for some unknown reason, when I hit next button, the screen cannot advance to the next screen. So do I need to uninstall and reinstall the app?

Smart indoor plug does not turn light on in group from scheduled event. Will turn on when commanded to in group. Does turn off as scheduled in group. Any suggestions to get plug to turn on as scheduled?
