I topped up my mobile 2k mmk on 01feb2020.
It cuts off 2k from my account and money wasn’t added to my mobile balance.
When checking the transaction history, it’s shown as 03feb2020 which is 2 days ahead.
Very disappointed with the transactions. The UI is quite nice though
Whenever internet connection is good or bad, there's always time-out problem in the last step. After that, app is automatically refreshed and goes to home interface again!

It can not be used on iOS 13. Developers are not working enogh to release updates regularly. iOS 13 Betas have been releasing long te ago for developers to test their app if they were still compatible on nrw iOS but CB PAY developers do not check their app.
Dear CB pay please stop providing the failure apps that loading for 1 hour still loading and loading. Compare to the other Bank mobile banking apps you are failure. if you can't provide a good service please delete the apps from app store
It's been three months and I still can't register my account on CB pay. It always shows like "this customer is invalid" whenever I try to register with my ATM account. And I had been to CB bank for about 5 or 6 times with this error of not being able to register and at the last time I had to know that they hadn't upgraded my birthplace to be able to register with my NRC number. And yet they haven't tried to upgrade my birthplace. Hope that I can use CB pay very soon......
When logging in keep facing though fudgging time out sessions! Is it even necessary? Phone is already protected with finger print lock/facelock and those timeouts are sooo annoying!!! I can't even log in sometimes and even with app restart, still same error. Refresh time is set like what?? 30 sec?? Have to restart the phone to be able to use it again sometimes. Does dev team even have iPhones to test it with before sending out a buggy app?
CB Pay UI Interface is out of date .Some of features like entering app without internet connection .Now its feel like using web mobile banking and it should be like another pay app .I really disappointed cb pay UI interface . it can be easily to use app smoothly if change app UI .App UI was not improved since 2020
Recent updated version 1.32.0 said it now support zawgyi font. I normally don't use burmese language before, but after seeing the change log, I was curious to see if it already had both Unicode and Zawgyi for burmese language. Such a shame, I found only Zawgyi was on the language list.
While government is pushing to use unicode, I think at least it should be both unicode and zawgyi in language options.
Nobody is going to use Zawgyi in near future, why your developers can't just see that?
CB mobile banking app is more better and more function full. Easy travel card top up feature and wave money top up also can not do on CB pay. CB pay was just sock and trash.
I was top-up my MPT Card in 22Nov 2020 and the software show 23 Nov 2020 it was wrong

Top up is not important but money transfer will be something having problem
Other pay apps have a feature to deposit cash from any MPU card. CB pay should have it.
Accoding to my experience , the rest features are ok except transaction history which shows only the last 10. Please consider for pdf or excel download feature with filterable period.
Wish u to be the best ones.

I have been using CB Pay for more than 3 years. This incorporates mobile banking, Cb pay and card management all in one. I also uses AYA and KBZ apps but this one is the most user friendly. App design is simple and great with least lagging time. Would recommend to everyone. 👍
