I have paid for 2 weeks of training that I did not receive. I’ve tried multiple times to reschedule the 2 weeks of training that I missed and the app will not let me. I will not continue to pay anything until I get my 2 weeks of training that I have missed. The classes are $25 a week for 5 weeks marking a total of approx. $125 and I’ve paid approx. $75 so far and have only received one me week or training. While I understand that I missed these past classes, I should be able to reschedule them. Had GoodPup not forced me to schedule the past 2 training sessions for a Monday I would have been able to make my appointment without any problems. I should be able to schedule my training for any day of the week that best fits my schedule. So please reschedule my first missed training for Tuesday 09/12/2022 and my second missed training for Tuesday 09/19/2022. Once I have been allowed to reschedule and complete these 2 weeks of training that, again, I have already paid for and have the digital receipts and bank statements to prove I paid for, I will continue to make my payments on time
