It seems like the app works till the end when it asked if your finished.i click yes on both questions then it just stops. I have to close my apps to be able to get to my phone

How to fix WoofTrax app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the WoofTrax app on iPhone
Update WoofTrax app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WoofTrax iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WoofTrax on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WoofTrax network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

WoofTrax Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix WoofTrax not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the WoofTrax App
1. On android, goto Settings » WoofTrax » click [Force Stop]

Update WoofTrax to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WoofTrax App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WoofTrax » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WoofTrax.

Fix WoofTrax unable to contact server/ WoofTrax internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WoofTrax » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WoofTrax » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WoofTrax
