I have had nothing but issues with the Wag app on both my Samsung S22 phone and tablet. The walkers have told me they also have constant problems with the app and two walkers did not follow the instructions about feeding my dog as well as not allowing him around other dogs since he is reactive as they said they could not view the notes. That is a major problem and the help center is not able to resolve the issue as they keep telling me the same thing about making sure I have the latest app downloaded (I do) as well as logging in and out which I do every time. I just called and told them I needed to speak to someone in the corportate office in the US and they said that isn't an option.
I have installed and uninstalled the Wag app many times after signing up on my computer. I could not cancel a service or delete my account via computer... many options grayed out. Every time I try to use the app, it says error and goes blank.
My pets aren’t showing up in the profile. I’ve added them 15 times and they still don’t show up so I can’t book a walk for them. This started last night. I’ve deleted the app and restarted several times.
Im trying to sign up for wag and both the app and website is not working.
