Diabetes App - Diabeto Log Reviews

I use DiabetesApp and the libre freestyle app, they are usually with 30-40 points of each other, no idea which one is right or closer most the time more often than not I have to verify with a finger stick anyway so there is that. The big issue and probably why ill mist likely stop using DiabetesApp even after paying for it the reading are out randomly on the chart. I always have to go into the log book and record the reading I just got in the right place. For example I just did a noon check for lunch and it placed the reading in the break spot don't had to delete it and put it where is is supposed to be. Happens every single day with every single scan. Sometimes the reading is out on a whole different day or later in the day then it actually is. Fix that and this would a solid app till then it may stay on my phone but I probably wont use it much longer.

This log is very easy to use and it helps me to enter my readings very quickly and get on with my life. I think my doctor will like it also even though he prefers the blood tests.
However it just got really weird snd put in a bunch of zeros and ads at the bottom snd it’s making me crazy !!!

This is so much easier than writing it down I always have my phone with me my doctors will be much happier and able to treat me according to my accurate glucose levels.

It has meals, but no spaces for hourly checking. It does not record the time. Most important, there is no Carb entry!
There may be a piece of the carbs. There is something that says a little more than... or a lot less than...
What’s after the “...”? Rotating the phone to landscape does nothing.
At first this looked like a very useful program. Upon using it for not even a day, I found all these shortcomings. Makes me wonder what else is missing.

DiabetesApp is horrible and I don’t know how it got 4.5 stars. You can only record data in 7 designated time slots per day. If you miss recording data in one of the time slots like morning, too bad, you can’t go back. If you need to record your data with the FreeStyle Libre more than once in a 2-4 hour period, you can’t. This makes the data for any given day dubious at best. Just a horribly designed app.

I downloaded and set this up for my wife and it has a great interface. I found two short comings. It is not syncing with Apple health even though all the permissions have been enabled and there seems to be no way to manually load carb data. Nice UI and easy to use, though.

It get frozen, I don’t see fast space to log my glucose results.
I’m calling Apple supp to find out about frozen state. But spending my time for that.

This free app is very informative and easy to use. My endocrinologist was impressed with the display of information.

DiabetesApp seems nice to use I did not use it because I am more worried that there is no option to cancel to prevent from getting charged annually.
I just wanted to try it out to see if I like it but if not I will get charged automatically??? Please can someone assist me with this.

I was going to buy it but when I saw my readings from freestyle to DiabetesApp major difference 11 points off is not good for me I depend a lot in it and can’t risk the difference between them. Sorry great idea but not quite there.

Interface looks dated, UI is clunky. But it was a 5 star app when it synced your libre data to HealthKit. And I paid for premium because of this feature. Now this function was removed with no context in the update, nothing in DiabetesApp summary, dev’s Twitter, nor their web blog. Just removed it.

Great for getting freestyle libre data to Apple Health and has a lot of potential. Needs a little more documentation and UI work.

I would like to like DiabetesApp. It has a lot of potential.

But the contact email does not allow me to send an email, so I cannot contact the administrator with any questions. There are many mysteries about the site whinny are nowhere explained. It is simply very frustrating.

I wanted to put this sign to use with my husband’s blood test. However even though I signed up to pay for it, it kept cycling with the basic instructions and I never could get past it.....very irritating. I remove DiabetesApp .

Lots of features, able to use Bluetooth, so far very pleased.

I have the premium Version of DiabetesApp .
The freestyle libre in her face was removed now I have to manually enter my sugars to get them to Apple health so it can go to my healthcare provider.

Would be a five start if they didn't remove that amazing feature.

Works very well. Love the way it automatically totals your average for the week or month.

App looks good as a data logger but will not read my freestyle libre 14 day sensor and gives the error:
“Error while getting patch info: Tag connection lost”
My reader picks up and records the sensor just fine.

Easy to use and helped me reduce Ha1C significantly.

DiabetesApp does not allow me to enter time of glucose measure or carb grams
It does not allow any oral meds at all
It does not allow the time of meals or carbs
It does not allow exercise routine
It does not allow retesting I. A given time slot. Let’s say you take your bs at 13:00 and it is 113. Then you take lunch and at 14:30 and it is 140. Then you take it at 16:30 and it is 163. Then you have diner and at 19/00 the bs is136.

You can’t enter all those glucose’s accurately

This is one of the best if not the best log for diabetics.

Once I got it open, I couldn’t save data. Then I crashed when I hit the “logbook” icon. Useless.
