How to fix GBS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GBS app on iPhone
Update GBS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GBS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GBS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GBS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix GBS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent GBS app issues:

Force Stop the GBS App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click GBS app. » click "Force Stop".

Update GBS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GBS App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "GBS app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch GBS.

Fix GBS unable to contact server/ GBS internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click GBS » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got GBS » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GBS on android.
