Great automation features

I was drawn to this app because it’s automation features and the ability to customize the data that I needed exported. We use this primarily for RMAs and have found it to be very helpful and the staff is always quick to resolve any issue we may have.

Viewing tickets made easy!!

Can you take a look at...previous nightmare on iPhone. This app simplifies answering questions on the go! I can read, respond, assign and make updates to ticket in real time. The app is also aesthetically pleasing.
