No response till sunday at 810 sunday. 814 support team said we will connect you to clinician as as possible. 940 we sent its just a refill of something they prescribed. 951 you called have sent your messages, and a dr would respond asap. 1135 sent a email about discussing request and bph case. 1222 we responded ok. 1231 we sent you the medication history. Nothing all day. We sent messages about no response all afternoon. At 450 we sent a message about poor customer service. At 459 we heard back from you saying we appreciate your patience, and they have nudged the clinician. This is unacceptable to us. It is not a diagnosis, or something new, and it should not take 24 hrs to get a refill submitted, when you are a 24/7 operation. I have spent the entire day to get any type of a response from the company,email,they have no phone number. Said they would respond in approximately two hours,that was four hours ago.

Used this service twice. Only once successfully.
They have the absolute worst response time and the worst customer service.
First time I used it they took 6 hours from start to finish. Would not respond to any messages until I asked if they were a scam.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt and a second try months later. Same thing. It says they will respond within 2 hours, but they don’t. Once they did respond, they told me they could only help me if I signed up for the monthly plan and got my medical records transferred.
I used this in order to avoid going to the emergency room during covid, but after another 7 hours with no visit started I went anyways. Absolutely horrible service & would suggest using literally any other online doctor unless you have an entire day to wait around.

The medical professionals I’ve interacted with have taken between 12 to 24 hours to respond to your inquiry. When they respond, there’s no name attached, effectively making your medical provider anonymous. Usually, this wouldn’t be much of a problem. However, most consultations require several messages back and forth until your medication/testing/procedure is recommended, if it’s approved at all. This means routine health problems become a multi-day or week-long saga of frustration.
When I call my bank or my insurance company, I really don’t like how long they keep me on hold. This app-based medicine effectively places you on hold, for 12 hours at a time, between every message you send about the health concerns you’d very much like to resolve.

I get sick relatively easily and going to the doctor can be a hassle especially being a college student working multiple jobs. But it’s fear no more it no longer a hassle to speak to a doctor with this app! I can’t tell you how many times these doctors have really provided excellent medical advice for me when I’m sick or experiencing any sort of health issue. I had actually downloaded this app last year or so and throughly enjoyed the first free 6 month trial and was so sad when it ended because I couldn’t afford to subscribe at the time. But then a couple weeks ago I began having an allergic reaction to a prescription I received from an urgent care and I was really in a pinch because I didn’t know what was happening to me and really didn’t want to go to the ER. But then I remembered I still had this app and immediately subscribed and was provided with advice within a matter of a couple minutes after reaching out to them! They guided me through the necessary steps and provided excellent care for me in that situation and they always do in any situation. I always highly recommend this app to anyone and everyone and I’m highly appreciative that I even came across this app in the first place!
