How to fix Galileo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Galileo app on iPhone
Update Galileo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Galileo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Galileo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Galileo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Galileo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Galileo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Galileo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Galileo » click [Force Stop]

Update Galileo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Galileo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Galileo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Galileo.

Fix Galileo unable to contact server/ Galileo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Galileo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Galileo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Galileo
