When doing the profile set up. When the notification preference screen appears I select the one I want , but I can’t go any further, it is like it is stuck. I have uninstalled the app numerous times and put it back on , but the same thing over and over. Please help

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Workvivo app issues:

Force Stop the Workvivo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Workvivo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Workvivo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Workvivo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Workvivo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Workvivo.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Workvivo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Workvivo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
