I NEVER get any notifications from Workvivo even though I am signed up to receive them and have them enabled in my Notification Center. Without notifications, Workvivo doesn’t function as a reliable tool for work.
Also, Workvivo ALWAYS logs me out and I have to log back in every time I use it. So frustrating (and probably why the notifications don’t work). I’ve tried every setting and have background refresh enabled, etc. There needs to be an option to remember me and keep me logged in on my phone, and that doesn’t seem to exist? My employers want to use this to notify employees of important things, but I never am notified about it. I don’t have access to email notifications for the account, just Workvivo notifications on my work phone.
I’ll change my rating when the issue is fixed, but until then, this makes Workvivo completely unusable for me and my job, not to mention frustrating. Please fix!
