FAMILIES | TalkingPoints Status

I have had talking points for about 2 years and it always worked. But this year when school started I recieved a few messages from the teachers and then the app stopped working and logged me out. Now when I select the language and put in my phone number I do not get a text with the code that I need in order to enter and put in the class codes. I have uninstalled the app and reienstalled it but to no avail. I tried and so did my husband, but we never get a text for the code. Also I tried to do the chat but it states, "Sorry! We're having issues starting new conversations. You can try emailing our support teacm. Which I have done before, but never recieved a reply. Recently, I put in a different phone number of a friend and I recieved a code but when I tried to edit the phone number back to my phone number it states that my phone number is lready in use. Meanwhile I do not recieve any texts or messages now going on almost three weeks. Please help me. I need it for both of my children's teachers who use this app very frequently. TalkingPoints won't load, it just hangs in the loading screen. Please advise!!

The app doesn't open at all.

In the "settings" tab i go to my profile under "students" and tap under "classes" on the button that has my grade and name of school. However, I am not able to see any of my classes/schedule and it would be helpful if I am able to access this before school. It not because my school hasn't sent out the schedules yet because my other friends are able to access theirs. If you are able to help that would be appreciated.

I can’t open my Talking points messages always appeared something error

I cannot login it just keeps loading. Not sure how to delete some of my messages my storage may be full.

I was having trouble getting back on , it kept going around in circles, so I uninstalled it and now when I try to reinstall and push install it looks like it will work but it then stops and does this little ding

More often than not when I get a notification that my son's teacher has sent a message, I cannot get into the app to actually see what the message it. Get an error message that the Talking Points app is down right now and to try again later. Really annoying when it's supposed to be the main communication between me and my son's teacher, as my son is not a reliable source, he has special needs. Update or upgrade your server so this doesn't happen so often, please!

It will not open

Every time I tried to open the apps it doesn’t open

I click on the icon on my iPhone it starts to open then closes within a second
