School asked me to use this. Cant get any support.
My kids school asked my to use this app. I can get messages from the parents but the school district sends announcements, i get notifications but can see the announcements. I have contacted talking parents online help many times about this issue and am being ignored. Many times without any response. If you want to rely on communication with the school or teachers find a better option. As many of the teachers now just went back to texting me due to the unreliable service this app actually provides.

Buggy
This recent update is buggy, keeps logging me out so I’m missing messages from teachers, etc. also it’s frustrating to have all the messages staying strictly on the phone as opposed to having announcements in my email, I can’t say that this app is a reliable source to transfer information and find a lot of frustration coming from it. If I had a choice, this wouldn’t be my recommendation

This app doesn’t work!
I have been dropped from this app repeatedly and there is no way to get reconnected without someone at my child’s school re-adding me each time. For example if the app loses my data on a Friday there’s no way for me to get back in until the next week and then I may miss information sent out over the weekend. Ask me how I know. Whatever is causing this anomaly makes this app useless.
