When I created my account, I went through the goofy chat bot dialogue and enrolled my properties. Weeks later when I logged on to make a payment, rather than display a list of the properties that I had previously enrolled (with amount and date due for each, for county and city), it made me go through the goofy chat bot dialogue and look them up again.
After making a payment for the one property, I expected to have a chance to look up the others and at least view the balance, maybe make another payment, but it says I’m all caught up on bills (wrong!) and allows only two actions—link or unlink a property.
Two stars instead of one because I was in fact able to make some of my payments. However, the design is abysmal. I don’t want to spend my time talking to a bot, or doing the same lookups over and over. I want to see a complete and concise summary, and then take whatever actions I deem necessary.
