Jyoupro has to be restarted each and ever morning again while the phone was at the charger overnight. After the morning-restart it stays on for the rest of the day… How to cure this?
The JYouPro app will not always transfer my step count to my daily total. For example, the app home screen will tell me I have 2232 steps today but if I swipe down to see my daily total, it will say 109 and just started at 5pm. It seems I have to sync the watch to the device early in the day otherwise it loses the hour to hour data. Is there a maximum buffer on the device for the hour to hour total?

HI my JYoupro started to act up today. I put it on to charge and then it won register the right time and the watch keeps trying to reset every 90 seconds. No clue what to do

The weather part of the app is not accurate. It is off by as much as 20°.
My device randomly will stop being able to control pausing and skipping songs under the music tab. Most of the time I can quickly get it to work again by either closing and restarting Spotify or disconnecting and reconnecting the watch from the app. Is there something specific I'm missing in settings or that I'm doing that is causing this?
My device disconnects frequently. Sometimes it connects again on its own, I do not understand how. When it does not I try to do as instructed but the screen, where you connect the device in the first place does not show, unless I delete the app and download it again. Today I did this but it is impossibel to reconnect. My device does not show, I have tried and tried. It does not work.

My JYouPro watch is not letting me register to have an account. I put an 9 digit password and it won’t let me register. Is there something wrong?
I have a Samsung M23 phone. I woke up one day last week and the synchronisation wheel on the app did not appear. Also, HR, BP and Temp features have disappeared from the app. The device update 'wheel' just keeps turning. Strangely, on my old Samsung J6 phone everything still works. However, I only use that at home as there is no longer a SIM card in it. Is there an incompatibility problem with newer phones?
It's not letting me bind my watch to my phone

Hey there. I try sync the time on my watch with my phone but that is not working. Also when I measure my heart rate or blood pressure the screen doesn't stay on to measure it on my watch and I try measure it from my phone and that just keeps going and going and it doesn't show a result after a set time, you just keep waiting and then see no results.

My watch is connected to my iphone through Bluetooth. But when I go into the app and click the scan device it says that my Bluetooth is not turned on & that it needs to be turned on but it IS ON? So I can't connect the app to my watch. the time and all that on my watch isn't correct.

Following my bug report on September 22th: the keyboard on my iPhone is still being blocked by the watch. According to some experts, you need to change the bluetooth profile of the watch to prevent that the keyboard of the iPhone will not be blocked. Actually, it seems that the BT profile of the watch will act as a full keyboard. Therefore the iPhone will not use it's own keyboard.
Same issue as reported by Iozsef at Sep 13 2022: When my watch is connected via Bluetooth, the keyboard on my iPhone 13 (iOS 16) is blocked. When i want to write something the keyboard doesn’t appear any more.
