Won't connect completely saying invalid pin or pass key.

Watchfaces download the improper watchface. They are all mixed up. Some downloads don't even start

The watch will not stay in charging mode, it comes on for a second then goes back to watch face.

Won’t let me login and when I try to recover my password nothing in my email

syncing fluctuates between 33% and 44% and back to 33%. Won't sync. For over 2 weeks now.

JYouPro not scanning smart watch, I have deleted held watch at many angles so I think I have tries everything wondering if it is the watch. It has worked on Samsung Ph not Motorola. Suggestions please

Jyoupro has to be restarted each and ever morning again while the phone was at the charger overnight. After the morning-restart it stays on for the rest of the day… How to cure this?

The JYouPro app will not always transfer my step count to my daily total. For example, the app home screen will tell me I have 2232 steps today but if I swipe down to see my daily total, it will say 109 and just started at 5pm. It seems I have to sync the watch to the device early in the day otherwise it loses the hour to hour data. Is there a maximum buffer on the device for the hour to hour total?

I deleted the JYouPro App by accident and lost all my data from Apr/May 2023 when I reinstalled the App. How do I get it back?

I accidently deleted the JYouPro App and lost all my data from the past two months starting in Apr 2023. How do I recover my steps/kcals/distance and duration? Thx.
