Hello, I recently purchased your company’s smart watch G28 less then one month ago. It was working perfectly at first but now nothing works. It won’t sync. I can’t download the other watch faces from the app. I can’t dial out calls or receive calls. It won’t pair with my phone. I can’t take photo’s with it either. I have factory reset the phone as well. I completely deleted the app and reinstalled it but still it doesn’t work properly anymore. I even checked the firmware to make sure it is up to date. The app says it is connected but nothing works on the watch. I can’t even get the key pad to display at all. Pictures are attached. I am really hoping you can help me. The condition of the watch is perfect. There are no scratches or damage at all. I have never dropped it and it has never gotten wet. It just simply stopped working for some reason. Please help me. Could you possibly send me a replacement and I can return this one? I loved the watch when I first got it and everything was working properly. Why won't my watch charge? (FT803HR-2465) It was working fine and then it went dark. I thought it needed to be charged but no matter what I do, it won't charge. I've had it less than 30 days. It should work but it doesn't. No green light or anything.

I cant get the verification email. The app just keeps loading when i try to register so i had to go onto website. Tried 9 times to send the email. I cant even check if its the right email written cuz when you hit log in now it goes right to the verification email screen. Id like to verify my email please. Also had to delete and download the app again just to get it to open. Phone is not old followed all instructions please fix this.

I can't make the mail and sms notifications to work on the watch. There is an icon with an error on the watch on the mail Icon. Is there a way to update the app, or the watch's firmware to fix this ? My device has worked for over a year and at some point today, my phone could no longer find my device. I have gone through all the process of making sure bluetooth is on and scanned for the device, so when the JYouPro app could not find the device, I unbinded the device and tried to find it again, and I can't get it to recognize the device at all, though it shows bluetooth is active on my wristband. Can you help?

I bought this 2 days ago. It arrived yesterday. Worked fine for the first few hours and already ready its not syncing. So i clicked unbind and now i cannot reconnect. This is ridiculous!

My band and app on my phone have stopped talking to each other. The phone will no longer sync my data and my device is now showing the wrong time and date. I first noticed this on Sunday 15 February. I have tried several times to unbind and bind the device using bluetooth but this has not corrected the problem. I see someone else has a similar problem. Fitness tracker watch review

APP STOPPED WORKING. FIX THIS. ASAP. EVERYTHING IS BLANK FOR 5 days now. It won’t connect to watch. Please do another bug fix update! My app is not syncing to the watch at all and says data blank!! No matter what I try. It isn’t working. My watch sitting next to it and it says watch disconnected. So I reconnect and try to synchronize. And nothing happens. Waste of money. I’ve had this watch about a month now and it worked great at first. Now it shows sleeping at 19:33 I’m guessing that’s 19 hours and 43 min? Yesterday was 16. The app has a totally different time which is more accurate. Obviously I didn’t sleep for 19 hours. Not even two last night. It also keeps changing by itself from metric to imperial when I have imperial set. Now when I go in to check hr or bp on the watch and turn the screen on and select which one. It will start the process of testing my heart rate then shut itself off a second in so I have to start over turning screen on watch and going through each item to reach the hr or bp and do this 2-4 times before it actually will stay on and test me. Annoying. Update after a month and half the watch now stopped synchronizing to the app and won’t update the app and I can’t get it to connect.

Terrible app

I bought 2 for my kids since they were cheaper than a Fitbit. I should have just bought the Fitbits... my kids got them for Christmas and have had issues ever since. They wouldn’t both sync on the same app even though it says they do family sharing. So one was setup on my phone and the other one my husbands. They were working fine for about a month, then wouldn’t sync for 2 months. And now my kids are getting my text notifications! I disabled the notifications via the app and via my iPhone settings. I have even REMOVED the app from my phone and somehow they are still receiving my text notifications! How is that even possible?!? The Fitbit trackers and app are way better and easier to use! Definitely switching.

Got my hopes up for nothing

I was SO excited to see that this links with Apple Health. It seemed to be somewhat of a step up from the JYou app. The only problem ... it won’t ACTUALLY LINK with my device. While it says it’s linked, the synchronizing percentage stays at 0 and none of the data ever registers. My rating would easily change if this was fixed. My new fitness tracker works just fine with JYou - a bit of a lag but it syncs up well by the end of the day. If there are certain devices that won’t link for some reason, it would be great for that info to be listed. Also, the pictures with the app description are misleading. The only thing that shows on the app are stats for “walk” and “sleep”.
