How to fix Prevention app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Prevention app on iPhone
Update Prevention app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Prevention iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Prevention on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Prevention network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Prevention Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Prevention not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Prevention App
1. On android, goto Settings » Prevention » click [Force Stop]

Update Prevention to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Prevention App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Prevention » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Prevention.

Fix Prevention unable to contact server/ Prevention internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Prevention » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Prevention » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Prevention
