The screen has been jumping and twitching for about a month now. It makes it extremely hard to touch accurately and impossible to sign on the signature screen.

I was just provided a login for Sandata. I logged in and change my temp password to a new one. When I use my new one, it tells me my account has been locked after too many unsuccessful attempts to login. I receive this error message after 1 attempt. I had my admin reset my account. I created a new password, and it did it again to me.

It tells me it's offline or just say error when I log in but will work over WiFi
