It is saying it's not in my country

Sandata mobile app won't let me punch out at end of shift It says user not recognized based on parameters

Sundata Mobile connect shows offline even when the phone has a data connection, when trying to login in the user gets an "Information" box stating there was an error please try again (-108) Its happening across multiple users.

Changed expired password. tried to access with fingerprint, Said unauthorized and now crashes with fingerprint or password everytime with no notification

I cant log into my app it keeps saying im offline

I can not login in. It says error and has crashed on error and is stuck on that

Not being able to clock in for four days

need to change password locked out

App twitches and is not responding

I did not know you have to pay for a technician. I do not have monies at this time.

My app is telling me that my credentials are invalid and the new password that the office gave me. Why can't I log-in what is my problem?

Keeps saying it's offline and it has an API error preventing me from logging in when I'm certain areas.

My Sandata, when trying to login or answering questions, my screen flickers and jumps around.

I can not log in it says invalid credentials when I try to reset my password it says not a valid user

The screen has been jumping and twitching for about a month now. It makes it extremely hard to touch accurately and impossible to sign on the signature screen.

The screen jumps up and down and does not allow me to clock in it's moving up and down

I was just provided a login for Sandata. I logged in and change my temp password to a new one. When I use my new one, it tells me my account has been locked after too many unsuccessful attempts to login. I receive this error message after 1 attempt. I had my admin reset my account. I created a new password, and it did it again to me.

I am trying to log out of Sandata evv and it keeps telling me an application error . This is using customers home phone

I have a Moto Stylus and cannot have Sandata record voice and screen will not recognize signature

When I try to log in, it says error you've been logged in for over 26 hours but it won't let me log out. Instead my screen freezes everytime I've tried to log in.

It won't let me login it says offline

It tells me it's offline or just say error when I log in but will work over WiFi
