The other day when I tried to dropped a pdf into Piascore, it says something like “invalid file”. Then it disappeared from iPad as an option to drop file. Now I can’t drop pdf from iPad or through airdrop anymore.. any solutions? I’ve purchase full access, reboot but didn’t help

The recorder is not working anywhere. files has been changed to zero length. New files seams to be recorded by are changed to zero length just after.

I loaded a book into pia score and it cuts off the pages and displays on the next page. The same book works in good reader in Pia score ive downloaded my personal book (set list of music)and it has always worked before. I reloaded the same and same result all previous are still fine.

How to fix Piascore app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Piascore app on iPhone
Update Piascore app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Piascore iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Piascore on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Piascore network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Piascore Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Piascore not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Piascore App
1. On android, goto Settings » Piascore » click [Force Stop]

Update Piascore to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Piascore App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Piascore » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Piascore.

Fix Piascore unable to contact server/ Piascore internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Piascore » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Piascore » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Piascore
