I have 2 accounts in 2 different branches of DBBL opened with 2 different Mobile Numbers. I want to add nexus pay cards of both the accounts in a single nexus pay app of a single device with dual sim functionality and don’t want to use manage another Nexus Pay App in another device. Please integrate this functionality in the Nexus Pay app. You might think that why don’t I upgrade the mobile number of other account and make it one single number for both the account, I think it will not be wise and this will be an issue for me because I want to track the transaction sms or messages of different accounts in different mobile numbers, but I want to maintain a single nexus pay in a single mobile device for both the accounts having my different mobile numbers. Please upgrade your app and I will change the review once I have this feature available within NexusPay .

Hello, my son created a bank account with my number and i also created a account with the same number. I want to use nexus pay i called the support enter more and more... they told me to change the number and go to the branch and tell them to change the number. After few days i called the support enter again but they also told me to change the number again. The branch is 28km from my village. Its not possible to go everyday in the branch. Its very disappointed to get this types of response from them. Please anyhow give me a chance to use nexus pay because i need to make some payment and getting also through the nexus pay app.

I feel uncomfortable for this banking otp channel.... I will rate 5 star if the banking otp channel to Email ... Like others bank .... One of worst feature is reward card if I mistakely transacted to reward card it's look impossible to withdraw my cash and not allowing to transfer other without making payments or another method... I can't make a receipt if I don't take the receipt instant after sending the money .... Many feature should be developed... Many feature to update like Brack Bank, Bank Asia... But banking system really fine ..... Whatever need more development.. Hopefully it'll better soon

Dutch-Bangla Bank has lost the total professionalism and the integrity of how to deal with the clients of its own, being an account holder of this so called Dutch-Bangla Bank and the disgraceful utter couldn’t even get lower than this service, I personally would like to advocate against opening an account or just stop having any kind of business with this entity, which is so unprofessional that NexusPay, which they termed “Nexus” does not have the minimal amount of integrity to be in the Apple AppStore which Steve Jobs have created, and Steve would be so , so disappointed wondering that, how could this lowest of the low standard of an App have successfully managed to get into the AppStore

Go, ask those Dutch People to use this Nexus App, hmm, they’d rather choose to using banking services of this so Called Dutch Bangla Bank.

In my experience, I haven’t even ever seen such lower standard for f an entity that could maintain without a single expression of shame and is so undignified,

Now I’m feeling my integrity is being questioned.

Get NexusPay out of your AppStore, if you want to sincerely and truly believe the envision Steve Jobs had.

A feature must be implemented within NexusPay where users can operate their accounts with account numbers, without actually needing the cards. Cards are great but why there is no menu to add accounts?

NexusPay is very useful and handy. That’s why giving it 3 star. But there is serious security issue. I’ve to put password every time when I pay. And some times the places are so crowded and you can’t hide the password from the people. Would’ve given a solid 5 star if there was faceID or fingerprint feature just like every other payment software. Being a message app even WhatsApp provides this kind of security. So in my opinion a payment software must have this feature in order to protect user’s security and give them the confidence to pay anywhere.

Please look at the issue with dark mode!
Whenever I log in and try to see my ac mini statement I couldn't see any words when I'm in default dark mode of ios but when I changed back to normal mode in ios that time I could see every details and words in NexusPay !
So please take a look and resolve the issue with dark mode compatibility in your app.

App was running well but after iOS upgradation to 12, an error is being displayed. “An unexpected error seems to have occurred. Please try again. If you still encounter the problem, please contact us.” After logging in to NexusPay , above error is shown. after pressing send money option, app exits.

I am using the apps from Iphone 7 plus and after the last update I am looking that when I want to check my balance or anything it shows the white font color above the white background, which is a major problem for users to understand the information or any result of their account.

Hey, I am facing problems to log in through this app. For the last 8-10 days, whenever I want to log into my account, after putting the password, it shows, “logging in” & “please wait” for a few seconds and crashes. If I input a wrong password, it says, “The password is incorrect”, but whenever I input the actual one, it crashes everytime!

For your information, I am using iPhone 6 Plus. Is it some kind of application bug? It’ll be a pleasure if you can help & let me know!

Dear Concern,
Overall operation is working properly expect send money. My device is iPhone 8 Plus and it is most updated. The problem is when i am touching account number box of send money section, the apps is log out automatically. I have tried by restarting my device still it is not working. Can anyone advise how to resolve the problem?

Sent money/saved account Option Need to be edited . That will help user to kept important people on the Saved account . when The people the Important for user , as we know No one is important for the whole life . So hopefully next update will fix this issue

Unable to send money through the ‘Send Money’ option. NexusPay crashes automatically over and over again whenever I try to use ‘send money’ option after upgrading this to the corona version. Please fix the bug as soon as possible.

NexusPay plays an important role at daily transactions. However, the UI/UX needs to be updated. To be honest, it needs to be fixed. The options panel is so messy, I keep forgetting the position of the buttons. Since it is a very useful app, a simple ,good looking, user friendly, easy to use interface will be appreciated.

When I check my balance the color of balance and the background both are white so I can’t recognize or understand my available balance. Please take necessary steps ASAP.

It’s a amazing app. It is more than anyone’s expectations what they want from a bank. Now I can check bank account my balance, statement, credit card statement. Besides there are lots of transactions and payment facilities.

this app proved that banking is not like we have to visit branch, call helpline etc. Everything is in my hand now. Thanks this app thanks DBBL.

App was perfectly working on my previous iPhone 6s, but after I changed my iPhone to 7, It open normally with login page. After put my credentials on it, it starts to load and then automatically crush and exit. Please fix up this issue.

There's one thing that can make it better.
When transferring money or sending money, there's no option for notes or reference like the website version. Sometimes it is difficult to identify which transactions are for what. Adding this option would really make a big difference.

While I was using iPhone 7, NexusPay was doing great. That's why I'm writing with all the stars. Right now in the case of iPhone 4s, can't find the bottom buttons and even can't get in due to the verify button doesn't appear. You may simply update with body scrolling option to get rid of the recent problems. DBDL has come really a helpful app, and please do something and let us in the lower devices as well.

Please add face id option in NexusPay . This way we don’t have to enter our pin infront of people and stores and business places which sometimes are recording with cc camera.
