the app will disable about once a month advising I signed in on another device. I only use one device with open path so this is very frustrating to have to stand outside the door and deal with reactivating by accessing my work email.

Building Employees reporting issues with their app not working in a large commercial building I manage. We have asked them to make sure they have the most current version of the app and turned location to Always.
