the app will disable about once a month advising I signed in on another device. I only use one device with open path so this is very frustrating to have to stand outside the door and deal with reactivating by accessing my work email.

Building Employees reporting issues with their app not working in a large commercial building I manage. We have asked them to make sure they have the most current version of the app and turned location to Always.
Common dislikes about Openpath app
- People do not pick up after their pets
- Confirmation required to open doors
- Data randomly clears and results in being locked out
- Delay for the "magic link" takes at least 10 minutes
- Not sure if it is better than a key fob or key card for entry
