Using an Android, ESS is not loading the schedules that have been published. Just says "Not Scheduled" instead what is actually posted.

ESS Reflexis 45 Burlington Coat Factory My schedule for next week was displayed on the mobile app yesterday, but now I no longer have that schedule. There is also no schedule published in general for the upcoming weeks. This was the case only with the desktop app up until now. Has the app been reset? I understand there was a crash in the system recently, is this why?

ESS Reflexis 42 crashes ever time I use it. I have to uninstall and install after each use. This has been happening for a week. I have cleared cache, storage etc. This is very frustrating.
