Not working at all since Friday. Today is Sunday.
I purchased my monthly yesterday. The app says I'm blocked. When I call MyMTA the recording said the office is closed today 2/1. I cantaccess my ticket
MyMTA app no longer saves favorites. Totally useless now
Tried to add favorite bus routes and everytime I click on favorites within the bus tab the app closes
